Smylie Testimonial Transcript
My name is Mark Smylie. My wife Linda and I moved from Chicago to Black Creek about 4 years ago. We were introduced to the folks at NuHaven upon building our house and selecting a lot. The experience was absolutely fantastic. They guided us through the process, and we picked out the lot in February.
In August we moved in and Joe and Tim and the team over at NuHaven were fantastic, answering all of our questions, allowing us to put in some upgrades along the way, and they were adaptable, too. This was the first time we ever built a house, so it was really nice to have somebody who could hold our hands through the process and was really knowledgeable in building.
All the while, once we moved in, they were there to guide us, like in any situation with a new house, punch list questions, little things here or there. The home was ready to be moved into in August of 2018.
We’ve been here for 4 years now and couldn’t be happier with the home, the lot, and our selection of Black Creek as our place to live.
