Black Creek Chattanooga
Black Creek is a community situated at the southwestern limits of the City of Chattanooga, TN. The original community was centered around the Black Creek Club golf course. In the early 2000s, the community expanded southwards with the establishment of River Gorge Drive, providing access to a development area spanning over 3,000 acres and a total build-out of approximately 1,800 residential lots. Starting from 2017, the team has developed three major subdivisions: The Garrison, The Knoll, and The Pass, resulting in a total of over 300 lots and expanding the community to the top of Aetna Mountain.
