NuHaven Homes was founded in 2012 through the merger of Nu-Era Construction, owned by Don Giles and Joe Heaton, and Hill Haven Holdings, owned by Tim Franklin. All three owners have an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, transparency, and communication, and each bring decades of industry experience to every home they are building.

Our three local owners and four project managers bring more than 198 years of combined building experience. No other team in the Chattanooga area matches this level of expertise. Supporting them is a complete in-house team, including a director of client development, interior designer, purchasing manager, estimator, marketing manager, and controller - all working seamlessly together.
